Return & Refund Policy

  • As all products are customized and made-to-order, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.

  • Returns or replacements are considered only in the following cases:

    • Damaged product

    • Wrong item received

    • Missing item

Mandatory Proof Requirement

  • A 360-degree unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) is mandatory for any claim.

  • The video must clearly show the package opening and issue.

  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.

Refund Method

  • If approved, refunds will be issued in original payment method within 7-10 working days.

  • Delivery delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
