As all products are customized and made-to-order, no returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.

Returns or replacements are considered only in the following cases:

Damaged product

Wrong item received

Missing item

Mandatory Proof Requirement

A 360-degree unboxing video (without cuts or pauses) is mandatory for any claim.

The video must clearly show the package opening and issue.

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.
Refund Method

If approved, refunds will be issued in original payment method within 7-10 working days.

Delivery delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund.
